Casting Call – Actress Wanted for Leading Role

Casting call: short film Mona and the Stations of the Cross is now looking for actresses in Glasgow
Random Clock's upcoming production Mona and the Stations of the Cross has just started pre-production. An intimate comedy about jealousy and relationships, the film is quickly attracting the attention of a wide range of crew members and filmmaking talent.

"What we need is an actress with a wide emotional range, who's comfortable switching between dramatic and farcical," says director John Perivolaris. "Mona, the film's protagonist, is a larger-than-life young woman consumed by her passions. Mercurial and unpredictable, the role is definitely a make-or-break performance for the project. The film will hinge on our leading lady's skill, so we're taking great care to find the right person for the part."

The story is set in Glasgow, where principal photography will take place. Scottish accents are definitely a plus, though not essential.

Can you play a complex leading role teeming with fierce angst and comical verve? If the answer is yes, we want to hear from you. Check out our Opportunities page for more details.
